Wilhelm Gutbrod founded the Gutbrod company in the 1920s. In the beginning he produced only motorcycles.
In 1933 he started the production of his first automobile.
The Gutbrod Superior was a typical mini car in Germany in the postwar era, but quite fast for this type of cars. Unfortunately
the steering and the engine were very bad, therefore the car sold badly and it became the last car built by Gutbrod.
